Work is underway on a more than $1 billion mixed-use project in Orlando, Florida, with completion of the first phase expected in 2022. The City Center West Orange project will offer a hotel, 450 apartments, 200,000 square feet of retail, 35,000 square feet of office space and a parking garage, with later construction to add more than 1,000 multifamily units and condos by 2025.
