The San Diego Association of Governments has presented a 30-year, $177 billion plan to overhaul the region’s transportation system and make it more climate-friendly. The plan calls for 350 miles of new commuter rail, a new trolley line, an expansion to the bus system and a $4 billion “Grand Central” station. Read The San Diego Union-Tribune story here
