104-room Hyatt under construction in Newark, Delaware

Lang Development Group’s seven-story Hyatt hotel is finally starting to take shape on Main Street. The 104-room hotel is being built at 96 E. Main Street, near the Academy Street intersection. The building will incorporate part of the historic Green Mansion, which will house the hotel’s conference room as well as some suites. Newark Post
