The Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa will undergo a $100 million renovation beginning in mid-2014 that will cover all of the hotel’s 1,229 rooms. Hyatt executives said the multiphase project will likely take 18 months to complete. Read the Travel Weekly story here.
