RXR Realty and BSE Global are collaborating on a $1.5 billion mixed-use project to build out 72 acres of undeveloped space around NYCB Live’s Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y. The project will feature 600,000 square feet of office and biotechnology research space, 200,000 square feet for retail, 500 residential units, pedestrian bridges and parking garages.
