An indoor concert atrium, hotel and casino will grace a $1.2 billion resort planned for the Broadwater in Biloxi, Mississippi. Dakia Entertainment Hospitality announced details of the resort, which will span 266 acres and provide about 1,000 construction jobs before its expected opening in 2023.
