Woodhouse Spas, the luxury day spa franchise, announced exceptional performance in 2024, marking one of its strongest years to date with double-digit system-wide revenue growth. The luxury spa brand expanded its footprint with six new locations while achieving significant same-store sales increases, demonstrating strong momentum in the competitive wellness and beauty sector.

“In a year when many in the health, wellness and beauty space faced challenges with traffic and inflation, Woodhouse has bucked the trend by delivering both strong traffic growth and an elevated guest experience,” said Bob Bell, chief financial officer of Radiance Holdings, parent company of Woodhouse Spas. “The vast majority of our growth came through increased traffic, highlighting the consumer demand for our premium experience and spa services.”

Looking ahead in 2025, Woodhouse plans to maintain its growth trajectory with projections for another year of double-digit sales increases. The brand expects to open several new spa locations and will launch several strategic initiatives, including a proprietary line of massage cream and personal care products.

“This signature product line has been over a year in development,” said Jones. “Unlike typical white-label programs, we’ve built this from scratch to enhance our luxury positioning with custom formulated lotions, shampoos, and massage oils that will further elevate the Woodhouse experience.”

The brand also plans to enhance its data-driven approach to operations in 2025, providing franchise owners with deeper business insights and analytics to optimize performance.
