Windsor Door, a family-owned leader in the garage door industry based in Little Rock, demonstrated its ongoing commitment to community with the Miracle League of Arkansas on Saturday, April 26. Company employees spent the day serving as buddies to the ballplayers, assisting them at bat, running bases, helping officials during the baseball games, and providing food and drinks for the players and their families attending the event.

This day of service highlights Windsor Door’s dedication to the community and champions inclusive, accessible recreation for everyone. Windsor Door prioritizes relationships and community above all else and is proud to support an organization that creates inclusive opportunities for people with special needs.

“Partnering with organizations like the Miracle League offers Windsor Door an opportunity to give back to the community that has stood with us for generations,” said Windsor Door President Bob Strahan. “We believe success isn’t just about what you build – it’s about who you build it with.”

Windsor Door has proudly partnered with the Miracle League of Arkansas since 2023 and is honored to help advance its inspiring mission: bringing the joy of baseball, teamwork and a sense of belonging to children and adults with special needs. The company has donated more than $20,000 to date, with plans to continue the partnership into 2026 to support the league’s goal to provide every child the chance to play baseball, regardless of ability.

“We are so thankful for organizations like Windsor Door and their support of the Miracle League of Arkansas,” said Peggy McCall-Robertson, executive director of the Miracle League of Arkansas. “Miracle League is a special place, not only for the players but also for the connections they build with their buddies. Those bonds are made possible through volunteer efforts like this baseball game, and we’re incredibly grateful to Windsor Door for giving back.”

In the spring of 2005, Little Rock Rotary Club 99 partnered with Peggy McCall to bring a Miracle League program to central Arkansas. Nearly 20 years later, the Miracle League of Arkansas continues to provide a completely barrier-free environment where families of children with special needs can find community and inclusion through the accessibility of America’s favorite pastime, baseball.

Windsor Door’s continued partnership is a testament to the company’s broader vision of building the future, not only through high-quality, American-made products but also through wholehearted commitments to building a stronger, more inclusive community. From multimillion-dollar manufacturing expansions to educational partnerships and volunteer efforts, Windsor Door is building a future grounded in integrity, teamwork and compassion.
