Making the appropriate environment to concentrate may need more than quiet and a comfortable chair. Light is essential in the way we use our brains during the day, especially in areas that are meant to be used in the performance of mental processes. Why Lighting Quality Matters in Daily Life

Visual conditions have a direct influence on mental involvement.
