Weis to convert all 38 Food Lion stores by Nov.

Weis Markets has reopened five more former Food Lion stores in Delaware and Maryland under its own banner and it will complete the conversion of all 38 acquired stores by November. Weis has retained most of the employees since acquiring the stores this summer, and changes under the Weis banner include an expansion of fresh produce offerings.
