Nearly 62% of consumers surveyed said they want to see restaurant employees wearing both masks and gloves when they reopen, according to a survey from VIPinsiders. About 39% of respondents said they want to see the protective gear in use for 30 days, 58.7% said disposable menus are important to them and 50.9% reported plans to dine out as often as they did before the pandemic.
