Suffolk, one of the largest building contractors in Florida, has been chosen as the construction management firm to build Alba, a modern luxury condominium community to be located at 4708 N. Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The 21-story boutique development will offer 55 residences with two- and three-bedroom options and four-story townhomes. The 330,000 sq. ft. condominium will be situated on a 1.71-acre property located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. A private marina will be offered for the Alba residents, and other impressive amenities include two resort style pools, deckspace with grill and lounge areas, fitness center, and valet and concierge services.
The owner of Alba, Scuba Club WPB LLC, indicated that Suffolk was chosen because of their expertise in the construction of high-profile multifamily residential projects, the use of innovative technologies, and stellar reputation in the West Palm Beach construction market.
Stephen Chang, Chief Operating Officer for Suffolk Southeast added, “Focused on collaboration and synergy, we have quickly developed a great relationship with the Alba team. This project will be a striking addition to the West Palm Beach waterfront, and we look forward to the delivery of this distinct, lifestyle-driven residence.”
The Alba team has noted that the GMP for construction will be in place by April 2022. The architect for the project is Spina O’Rourke + Partners. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling the sales and marketing for the property.
In Palm Beach County, some of Suffolk’s projects include the The Bristol, Muvico Theater at City Place, the Plumosa School of the Arts Expansion, Inspired Living Royal Palm Beach and multiple projects for Jupiter Medical Center. The company serves clients in every major industry sector, including healthcare, science and technology, education, gaming, transportation, and commercial.
