A photo that my beautiful wife and I took years ago when she was still my beautiful girlfriend.

What does a typical workday look like?

Early morning meetings, calls and meetings throughout the day, and then a debrief in the late afternoon.

What’s the craziest thing that has ever happened to you on a job site?

I have had a client make a very lucrative investment deal—for me. It was very kind of him and I made sure to give him more money than he expected of me.

What are you binge watching right now?

“Black Mirror.”

What’s the coolest thing you have done since the pandemic hit?

Got engaged in Aruba, married in Palm Desert, and honeymooned in Dubai, Bali, Singapore and Japan.

What has this experience taught you?

Anything is possible, even amid the craziest time in the world, all you need is love.

If you knew what was going to happen, what would you have done differently?

If I knew the pandemic was going to hit, I would have invested well and made a crazy amount of money.

Stop whatever you are doing right now and spend all of your time, effort and energy investing in commercial real estate.

What’s the first thing you are going to do when you are able to get back to some sense of normalcy?

We love to travel. So when I reach my financial goals I will resume traveling around the world.
