As Director of Business Development at SiteAware, Pierce Daigle evangelizes the benefits of SiteAware’s DCV solution to Houston-area owners, developers, and contractors. Over 15 years ago, he left design for commercial construction, giving him tactile experience in the field he craved. His love for the hands-on nature of the industry and seeing buildings progress from dirt to completion shines through in his role.
Thanks to his time in the field, Daigle understands the pain points SiteAware’s clients face and the role technology plays in the evolution of the construction process. He’s excited that SiteAware’s turnkey solution will be a critical part of teams keeping up with the pace of construction.
Pierce graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in mechanical engineering. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, golfing, watching sports, or fishing along the Texas gulf coast.

Kyle Craven leads business development in the North Texas Area at SiteAware, where he is instrumental in developing and maintaining client relationships and works to standardize construction technology industry-wide. Craven’s tenure in the construction industry began as a roofer, later working his way into sales, where he oversaw the business development team at Cummings Electrical for six years. Equipped with this experience, he understands the dynamic between general contractors and trade partners and helps them understand how costly rework is.
He especially enjoys the teamwork that is involved in the industry and loves that every win and loss reverberates across a project and company. He’s passionate that SiteAware’s technology will create more wins for construction teams across the country.
In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his “little brother” from Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, a program he has been a part of for nearly ten years!
