ShopRite testing store-within-a-store concept shops

ShopRite will use three stores—one in New York and two in New Jersey—to test its new Fresh to Table concept shops, which will offer ready-to-cook, ready-to-heat and ready-to-eat meal options. The meal solutions store allows the grocer to showcase its rebranded Wholesome Pantry private brands and its Bowl & Basket offerings, while also featuring seasonal foods chosen by dietitians and chefs.
