Seal Bond Inc. will occupy 100,000 square feet of a new 200,000 square foot facility located at 1251 E Mt Garfield Rd in Norton Shores, Michigan. The facility, currently under development by Robert Grooters Development Co., includes space for future tenants with two 50,000 square foot leases available.  
“This new location will allow us to streamline operations, providing greater quality and efficiency to our valued customers,” said Alex Carmichael, Vice President of Operations at Seal Bond. “With this new facility, we are able to design and plan with our building partner to maximize production and enhance safety for our team.”  
This project signals a substantial investment in the local community. Seal Bond has plans for 10,000 square feet of corporate offices that will feature 2 story windows offering copious amounts of natural light. The building will house 16 loading bays and four drive-in doors for increased production capacity and logistical ease.  Operations will continue at the company’s Spring Lake facility until the new facility is complete in spring of 2022. The project will position the company for future growth and talent recruitment. 
The facility is a design-build project of Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Wolverine Building Group serving as the architect and general contractor.
