Prime Retail Services completed its second new store project for a fast-growing discount furniture retailer in the northeastern United States.
After its first successful project earlier this year, Prime was given another project to assemble furniture displays in a new store. The team made minor changes to its execution of the project to add efficiency to the process which allowed the team to finish the project ahead of schedule.
