PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC is pleased to announce that Rodney Shank joined the company as a General Superintendent of its Northeast region. Shank brings more than 30 years of experience delivering projects from preconstruction to closeout in a wide range of markets.

“Rodney will be a huge asset to the PREMIER team,” says PREMIER’s National Director of Construction Mark Melone. “His strong history in the field will be essential in leading our efforts in the Northeast.” Prior to joining PREMIER, Shank was a field executive for three national construction companies. His focus on coordination, quality, and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other project partners underscores his commitment to job site safety and effective construction management. He’s highly skilled in all stages of construction project delivery, from preconstruction and coordination to installation and closeout.

In his new role, Shank will be responsible for field operations in the Northeast market, providing support, training, and mentorship to the Northeast field team and ensuring all work is delivered to PREMIER’s high standard for excellence. Shank will cultivate relationships with subcontractors and clients to grow PREMIER’s network in the region.
