To further enhance its standing as a leader in the hospitality industry, along with supporting its ongoing expansions into the multifamily and student housing sectors, Premier, a design, procurement, capital management, and project management firm, has hired five new executives. The leadership team’s diverse industry experience will help the firm expand into new markets and asset types such as multifamily and student housing. The firm will continue to build on its reputation within the hospitality industry domestically and in Latin American and the Caribbean by leveraging its comprehensive expertise in renovation and project management.

“The recent additions to the team showcases the firm’s commitment to amplifying the level of talent and expanding our reach across market sectors,” said Hector Sanchez, Premier’s Chief Executive Officer. “These individuals are extremely driven, with deep roots in all aspects of design, procurement, engineering, project management, and construction. We look forward to seeing them strengthen our position within the industry.”

Hector Sanchez, Chief Executive Officer

  • Sanchez will bring his 16-year experience of multidisciplinary leadership and development of efficient and creative solutions to Premier. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President at Rubicon Oilfield International, where he successfully managed 150 employees and a $100M revenue budget. Prior to Rubicon Oilfield International, he spent 15 years at National Oilwell Varco, serving as Vice President of sales and operations for North America.

Lynn Linczyc, Senior Vice President of Procurement

  • Linczyc will spearhead Premier’s procurement team, which already has a proven track record of providing cost-saving solutions for the world’s leading hotel brands. Before joining Premier, Lynn served as Vice President of Procurement at Roseland Residential Trust, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation and Belle Associates where she developed and managed national supply chain programs and procurement operations for all new construction and capital renovation projects. Prior to her time at Roseland, she held positions with The Howard Hughes Corporation, Strategic Hospitality Resources, and Loews Hotels. Lynn has extensive knowledge across all product and service categories and has a proven track record of delivering organizational initiatives with extensive experience in design, construction, operations, and asset management.

Ryan Kimura, Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

  • With a deep understanding of the intricacies behind multifamily and student housing assets, Kimura will oversee all client relationships, partnerships for the firm, and explore new opportunities within the multifamily and student housing industries. He will also support Premier’s  marketing and rebranding efforts and drive additional relationships with apartment and student housing owners. Previously, Kimura worked as an Industry Principal at RealPage in the Asset Optimization division, the multifamily industry’s largest SaaS provider focusing on all aspects of both the resident and real estate life cycle.

Rex Tullius, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

  • Tullius will be tasked with fostering and building new relationships with domestic hospitality owners and investors. His knowledge and experience as a developer have allowed him to provide a consultative approach to working with his clients. Tullius has been a developer in past roles, so he can instantly find the holes in the process and provide consultative solutions to his clients. During his time at Legacy Development as a President,  Tullius worked on all aspects of the project development life-cycle across various asset classes and capital stacks.

Franklin Piñerúa, Regional Vice President of Latin American and the Caribbean

  • With 15 years of combined sales and operational management experience, Pinerua will manage and expand Premier’s robust portfolio in Latin America and the Caribbean. He will be responsible for expanding Premier’s footprint into Latin America and the Caribbean within the hospitality sector by introducing clients to Premier’s one stop shop suite of services. Prior to joining Premier, Pinerua worked with Sanchez as senior director of sales and operations for Rubicon Oilfield International.
