Hotel occupancy is predicted to increase to pre-recession levels this year and continue growing in 2015, which would mark six straight years of occupancy gains, PKF Hospitality Research‘s March 2014 Hotel Horizons report shows. The report also projects that hotel supply is unlikely to exceed demand for the next few years as the volume of rooms entering the market will fall below historical averages.
