Patriot Erectors LLC, an AISC certified fabricator and erector, is pleased to announce the asset acquisition of Trinity Steel Fabricators.
Located in Trinity, Texas, approximately 90 miles north of Houston, the acquisition adds 85,000 square feet of fabrication space, 120 skilled fabricators and support personnel to Patriot Erectors’ existing 75,000-square-foot fabrication space and 300 skilled fabrication, erection and support personnel.
“Patriot and Trinity have successfully collaborated on numerous projects, and we share the same core values such as focus on customer service, safety, ethics and teamwork, so when Trinity became available for purchase, it was an obvious decision for us,” said Patriot Erectors Vice President and General Manager Ted L. Turner. “With the addition of Trinity’s steel fabrication expertise, culture and capacity, Patriot Erectors is in a better position to meet clients’ growing needs for quality turnkey fabrication and erection services with the same reliable performance that they have come to expect from the two great companies.”
Trinity’s tradesmen add a wealth of experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication to the expertise of Patriot Erectors.
