Oklahoma City’s City Council approved $2.06 million in tax increment financing assistance for Northeast Plaza, so developer Rick Brown will move ahead with the $7 million redevelopment project of the shopping center. A letter of intent is in place for a potential grocer, while a national hardware retailer, a sporting goods retailer and local shops also are possible.
