NexCore Group, a privately-owned diversified healthcare real estate development, investment, and management company with a national footprint spanning 29 states, and its vertically integrated senior housing operator, Experience Senior Living (ESL), and Brinkmann Constructors, the project’s general contractor, recently celebrated a significant milestone with Topping Out of their 137,804-square-foot senior living community in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Reaching this milestone is a noteworthy achievement for the project along with completing dry in and start on interior finishes. The teams have been working hard and we could not have reached this milestone without the commitment of our partners, including Brinkman Constructors and Vaught Frye Larson Architects (VFLA),” said Hunter MacLeod, Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development at Experience Senior Living.

The Gallery at Fort Collins is a 4-story, 137,804-square-foot senior living development, located in one of the area’s most desirable neighborhoods. It will feature 144 apartment homes dedicated to independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The project will feature a two-story grand hall with a lavish fireplace, a grand piano designed by a local artist, and a diverse array of private family dining, multiple courtyards, a library, community room, salon, and theater.

Experience Senior Living is looking forward to completing construction and welcoming residents to the community. The Gallery at Fort Collins will offer a full range of unit types, including units with full kitchens, assisted living apartment homes, and dedicated memory care spaces.
