Formulated for use in self-adhering modified bitumen systems, SA Vertical Bond Contact Adhesive ensures that membranes bond tightly to parapet walls and to upstands around such features as skylights, access hatches and machinery. It is compatible with concrete, concrete masonry units, wood, metal, and gypsum with glass mat facers.

Ready to use right from the pail without mixing or dilution, SA Vertical Bond Contact Adhesive goes on easily with a medium-nap roller or a brush. It then dries quickly, with a tack time of as little as 20 minutes. It can be applied in ambient temperatures as low as 25 F, allowing crews to work in colder weather. The solvent-based adhesive is low-VOC, with a volatile organic compounds content of less than 250 g/L. SA Vertical Bond Contact Adhesive is available in 5-gallon pails.
