Midas Hospitality and sister company MC Hotel Construction are working together to build a new Home2 Suites by Hilton in Overland Park, Kan. The 123-room hotel will be located at 7121 W. 135th St., which is the former site of a Smokehouse Bar-B-Que restaurant.
The new 65,000-square-foot four-story all-suite hotel will offer fully equipped kitchens, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor pool, outdoor living area, and much more. The project’s construction will begin June, 2017 and be completed by May, 2018.
Midas Hospitality, a premier hotel management group, will manage the hotel. The builder is MC Hotel Construction, a general contractor specializing in new hotel construction and renovations, which is the sister company of Midas Hospitality. The architecture firm is Gray Design. All three companies are based in St. Louis, Mo.
