As the demand for electric and hybrid vehicle maintenance surges, ARI-HETRA launched their wheeled WS-25EV-E (Electric) and WS-25EV-P (Pneumatic) EV Battery Lifts. Engineered for the unique challenges of EV battery handling, these lifts allow fleet maintenance shops, transit agencies, and commercial vehicle service shops to remove and install batteries while staying mobile in the shop.

  • 4,500 lbs. max capacity.
  • Designed to safely help remove and install heavy EV battery packs.
  • Surface table with 4” x 4” grid pattern and M10 holes to accommodate fixturing various battery types.
  • The platform tilts forward, backward, and side to side by 1.25 inches.
  • Equipped with a secure locking system to prevent shifting during operation
  • Minimizes time spent on battery swaps, keeping fleets on the road.
  • Remote control included.
