Rafferty – Santa Ana, CA:  Located at the corner of 4th and Main Streets in downtown Santa Ana’s Calle Cuatro corridor, Rafferty is a mixed-use development that consists of two adjacent mid-rise multi-family buildings offering 218 apartment homes. A key aspect of Rafferty’s design is the incorporation of a historic structure in the modern development as the site was previously home to the American Tile Company. Alongside its residences, over 12,3000 square feet of ground-floor retail supports commercial activity and contributes to a walkable and vibrant corridor. Received an award of merit in the Multifamily/Mixed-use Development > Built category.

It is also located within an Opportunity Zone, which revitalizes a formerly economically distressed area into a bustling living and retail hub.
