The New York Islanders will leave the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Nassau County, N.Y., in 2015, and some are making plans for the “decaying” arena and its nearly 77 acres of concrete. Developers envision turning it into a biotech complex with health care, biosciences and sports medicine offices for startups and established companies.
