NEW ALBANY, Miss. (June, 2014) – Master-Bilt, manufacturer of premier commercial refrigeration, is proud to introduce the parallel glycol rack refrigeration system, which uses the most energy efficient refrigeration system available to chill a glycol loop that cools equipment in a foodservice kitchen or retail environment.
The most unique feature of the Master-Bilt glycol system is its utilization of floating head pressure technology lowering energy consumption of the refrigeration system by as much as 25 percent over a standard mechanically-controlled glycol system. The system uses full state-of-the-art digital controls to provide greater precision, diagnostics, data logging and monitoring capability.
The glycol system reduces refrigerant charge and keeps refrigerant completely contained within the parallel rack system. Only the chilled glycol is distributed to the kitchen. The result is less refrigerant and piping, leading to less chance of refrigerant leaks and less greenhouse gasses escaping into the atmosphere.
Because the Parallel Glycol Rack is energy efficient and eco-friendly, this system fits any business with multiple pieces of refrigeration equipment.
