Developers have broken ground on Twenty Two Liberty, a 14-story, glass-clad luxury residential tower that will be home to 118 condominium units ranging in size from one bedroom to three-bedroom penthouses with views of the water in Boston’s Seaport District. The project will rise on the $3 billion Fan Pier complex being developed jointly by The Fallon Co., MassMutual and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers.
