Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling, along with representatives from LDK Ventures, McAlvain Construction and TOK Commercial, today broke ground on the Northside Logistics Center, a brand new, efficiently constructed industrial park.
Located in Nampa, Idaho, phase one of the project will offer 270,000-square-feet of warehouse and distribution center space. Additional phases could bring a total of 591,230-square-feet to the Nampa industrial park that sits along I-84, less than a mile from the Northside Blvd exit
At the groundbreaking event, Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling shared, “As you drive down I-84 and exit, this will be a whole new face for Nampa’s industrial area, and it will be a wonderful face. I look forward to the jobs and the work that will be done on this great project.”
“This marks our second project for LDK Ventures in the Nampa area,” said Managing Principal of LDK Ventures Denton Kelley. “The projects that are being developed in Nampa will help attract more businesses to the area and further position Nampa as an industrial hub and excellent place to do business.”
LDK Ventures, a Sacramento and Boise-based development group has backed the project, bringing on McAlvain Companies for construction, and TOK Commercial as the commercial real estate brokers.
