LATICRETE, a global manufacturer and leader of premium installation and finishing systems for the building industry, is proud to announce that Joey Ternullo won the Legend Car race at Waterford Speedbowl August 18th.
“The crowd went crazy when Joey won” said Jennifer Ternullo, his mom. “It was a well-deserved win as Joey has been trying so hard all year,” Jennifer continued.
Joey also held a 3rd place podium finish this past July and was ranked in the top five more than once during this past summer.
The next race up ahead for the Central Connecticut University student will be Nationals.
Nationals will be held at the Waterford Speedbowl, October 6th-8th, with an expectation of over 100 legend car drivers.
“The big race is coming up in October (Nationals) and Joey is gearing up strong for that,” said Jennifer.
Joey is the son of Middletown Ceramic Tile Company’s Joe Ternullo. Middletown Ceramic Tile Company has been using LATICRETE materials and methods for over 50 years.
