Construction projects worth $754 million were completed in Las Vegas in 2012, and $355 million worth are currently under way, according to the city’s Economic and Urban Development Department. This year, several projects should be completed, including the $100 million renovation of the former Lady Luck Hotel & Casino and Zappo’s $40 million upgrading of the former Las Vegas City Hall.
