Lands’ End looks to a future outside of Sears

Lands’ End has shrunk its presence inside Sears stores from 174 shops at the beginning of 2018 to 40 locations today, and it’s in the process of closing those as it ends its partnership with the department store. Lands’ End is focusing on opening new standalone locations, like one in Chicago’s Oakbrook Center, near a Sears store that’s slated to close in the coming weeks. Read the Chicago Tribune story here

Georgia DOT joins 11 states requiring e-Ticketing in 2026

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has launched a statewide e-Ticketing initiative—starting in 2026, all contractors will be required to use e-Ticketing under Section 110 of GDOT specifications. As a first step, GDOT has implemented a dual-ticketing pilot—TruckIT, which requires both paper and electronic tickets.
