In this role, Kempf will manage and mentor teams on a wide range of educational, institutional, government, corporate, manufacturing/distribution, science, and technology projects. Kempf is an expert in managing complex engineering projects, known for his collaborative approach with owners, construction managers, contractors, code officials, and commissioning agents. His love of architecture and attention to both exceptional engineering and personnel management ensures quality, efficiency, and project success for LEO A DALY’s clients. He joins LEO A DALY from LKPB Engineers, Inc., where he was responsible for all aspects of project engineering and construction management on large commercial and educational facilities.
