LaMar Configurable Narrow Linear LED Luminaire

LaMar Lighting today announced the availability of the ALN Aluminum Narrow Linear LED luminaire. The latest in the ALN series of fixtures, this model is only 2 inches wide. Because of its narrow footprint, it is easily adaptable into various configurations, depending on the need or application where it will be used.
When installed in a single row, the ALN fixture can be connected end-to-end in a continuous run of up to 24 linear feet. This makes the luminaire perfect for hallways, warehouses, or aisles of a grocery store—anywhere great lengths of continuous light are needed.
Uniquely, the new ALN module can also be mounted in parallel arrays, either two units side-by-side or three units stacked separately, in a wider array, to deliver up to 20,000 lumens, perfect for workbenches or inspection areas.
Because of the varying configurations, the ALN is adaptable, a building block allowing lighting designers to create the perfect lighting environment. Available in surface mount—for either wall or ceiling—or pendant styles, all accessories are available through LaMar.
“This is a truly versatile luminaire, and one of the first that we’re offering with so many configurable options,” said Jeff Goldstein, President and CEO of LaMar Lighting. “Our intention was to make a fixture that could be used in virtually any application, from grocery stores to factory workbenches. Anywhere that consistent, bright light is needed, the ALN LED can be a good fit.”
Each fixture is powered by an internal power supply that accepts universal voltage input, from 120V to 277V AC, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor locations. The ALN can be specified in 2’ or 4’ lengths, corresponding to 20W or 40W tubes. The fixture features a beam angle of 120° and just over 130om/W (2600Lu/20W or 5200 Lu/40W)
The ALN Series is made in the USA using high-quality components from the leading manufacturers with standard 120V Triac dimming and a rated life of over 50,000 hours. All LaMar fixtures are UL-listed and are made by members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) union. All electrical components carry a five-year warranty.
