The National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association (NLBMDA) announced today that Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) is the newest member of the Association’s Manufacturers and Services Council (MSC). The Council is composed of the leading building material manufacturers and service providers serving the LBM industry.

NLBMDA’s MSC members are established industry leaders who supply products and services to lumber and building material dealers across the nation. The dedicated members of the council share a commitment to promoting and enhancing the success of independent dealers.

KCS is a market-leading provider of specialized software, services and support that delivers fully integrated trading and business management solutions. With over 40 years of experience supplying solutions to the LBM industry and working closely with its customers, KCS understands the unique challenges businesses in this sector face.

Rather than adapting generic products, the company’s modern yet intuitive solutions are industry-specific and designed to cater to the needs of the LBM market. K8, KCS’s flagship cloud-based ERP solution, has been the software of choice for many leading names in the LBM industry. K8 aims to help LBM businesses boost productivity, deliver excellent customer service, increase profitability, manage complex supply chains and optimize inventory levels across multiple locations.

“We are pleased to be a part of NLBMDA’s Manufacturers and Services Council, and we look forward to strengthening relationships with the member community,” said Dean Petrone, CEO of North America at KCS. “As the industry continues to evolve, we are committed to providing modern software solutions that not only meet current needs but also allow LBM businesses to anticipate future challenges.”
