Meet Katelyn Jones, the new Business Development and Marketing Manager for StoreCrafters, Inc., headquartered in Rochester, New York, and in business since 1989. She will be joining a team that has established its presence and reputation as a National General Contractor specializing in Retail buildouts and open remodels.
Jones is based out of her home office in Southern New Jersey and will be responsible for all Business Development and Marketing efforts, strategy, and activity across North America. Her role includes helping StoreCrafters achieve significant growth through company objectives and strategy, including new client relations, growing Social Media presence, managing Marketing budgets, and playing a key role in industry conference representation. Jones will also be working hand-in-hand with Laurie Schindler, Business Development Lead, to direct and manage all Retail accounts.

Jones comes to StoreCrafters with 11 years of experience driving new revenue growth by delivering new strategies, products, and services to the market. She has worked across the industry with design product vendors, manufacturers, Interior Designers, Architects, and Real Estate professionals and has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the business including sales and operations. With over a decade of broad industry experience, Jones is looking forward to expanding her knowledge when it comes to the focus of Commercial General Contracting. In this role, she will be responsible for increasing StoreCrafters market presence through participation in the Retail Contractors Association, ICSC, and more.
Jones holds a bachelor’s degree from Stockton University – Pomona, New Jersey, where she majored in Mass Communications and minored in Business Marketing. She has also actively pursued continuing education, including the completion of New Jersey Real Estate courses to obtain her professional license. Jones is also a member of The Pipeline, a Real Estate networking group for women in the industry.
