JLL announced today the formation of JLL Financial Services in the Americas. Led by President Bobby Magnano and Vice Chairman Giles Wrench, the new group harnesses JLL’s extensive industry expertise, including research, consulting, transactions, portfolio optimization, capital spend, workplace experience design and facility operations.

Magnano joined JLL in 2021 as the Global Account Executive for the Bank of America account, where he led a global team of over 1,200 employees, ensuring operational and service excellence across the full scope of real estate and advisory services JLL provides. Magnano brings more than 26 years of industry expertise having previously served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Services for Capital One.

Wrench has worked in real estate for more than 27 years, with the last 14 years in a variety of leadership roles within JLL. Most recently, Wrench served as Principal in the Solutions Development team supporting the account needs of JLL’s banking and financial services clients in New York City. Wrench has previously worked in the banking industry holding leadership roles in Hong Kong and London, including several years at BNP Paribas.
