Jim Dunn joins Marsh as US Construction Practice Leader

Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor and a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE:MMC), today announced the appointment of Jim Dunn, as US Construction Practice Leader. Based in Atlanta, Mr. Dunn will report to Michael Pellegrini, US and Canada Specialty Leader, Marsh.

In this role, Mr. Dunn will guide Marsh’s efforts to assist US-based construction clients in navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving industry by delivering innovative risk management advice and insurance solutions that support their goals and long-term success.

Mr. Dunn brings over 30 years of insurance experience working within the construction sector to the role. He joins Marsh from Aon, where he most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer – US Construction and Infrastructure. Prior to joining Aon in 2010, he held various positions with Allied North America and Consolidated Risk Solutions.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Pellegrini said: “Jim is an exceptional leader and passionate risk advisor whose expertise and experience will benefit both clients and colleagues. Under his leadership, we are well-positioned to help our construction clients continue to build the confidence they need to thrive in today’s challenging risk environment.”
