JE Dunn adds Drew Emerson as VP/Group Manager

JE Dunn Construction has added industry veteran Drew Emerson as VP and group manager in the Nashville market. Emerson’s leadership and working relationships with project owners, architects and construction teams ensure operational excellence on office buildings, hotels, multifamily facilities and other commercial sector projects.
In roles ranging from project engineer and area manager to construction manager and project executive, Emerson has managed budgets, overseen talent recruitment, crafted business development strategies and more during a career that spans two and a half decades.
Emerson has served diverse clients throughout the Southwest and Southeast, delivering nearly 5,000 hospitality keys, 13,000 structured parking spaces, 1.6 million square feet of office space and a million square feet of meeting and convention space. Emerson is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University.
Emerson, an Eagle Scout, counts among his community involvement serving as a member of the Children’s Home Society of Central Florida Board of Directors.
