Interstruct, Inc. CEO Ryan Young, AIA, is pleased to announce the official opening of Interstruct Design + Build’s newest office in Charlotte, North Carolina. This marks the company’s fourth office, joining locations in Orlando, Tampa, and Sarasota, Florida, and reflects Interstruct’s ongoing commitment to strategic growth across the Southeast.
“For several years, my business partner, Rich Monroe, and I have considered expanding Interstruct Design + Build to new markets,” said Young. “Identifying cities with similar demographics as Orlando and Tampa is easy. Finding the right person to lead new business is incredibly challenging.”
Effective immediately, Branson Bowen has been named Principal of the Charlotte office. Bowen brings a decade of commercial real estate and construction experience and has a strong track record of community involvement and leadership. Since 2019, his grassroots organization, Contractors, Closers & Connections, has donated $130,000 to Orlando-area nonprofits. In 2024, he was named one of Orlando Business Journal’s “40 Under 40.”
Now residing in Charlotte with his wife, Bowen is set to bring Interstruct’s distinct design + build capabilities to adaptive reuse, healthcare, and hospitality projects throughout the city.
