The International Sign Association (ISA) unveiled its 2026-2027 ISA Elite class, recognizing 35 emerging leaders whose careers span every corner of the sign, graphics, print and wrap industry. Now in its 10th cohort, the ISA Elite program provides leadership development, networking opportunities and industry engagement designed to prepare the next generation of business leaders.
This year’s class was selected from more than 90 applicants and includes professionals ranging from newcomers to founders of innovative companies.
“ISA Elite continues to find talented young sign, graphics, print and wrap leaders, and this year’s class is no different,” says Lori Anderson, ISA President and CEO. “When we launched this program more than a decade ago, we hoped that investing in future leaders would pay off for the industry and for ISA, and we’ve seen it happen. Many Elite alumni now serve on ISA and affiliate boards and are driving innovations in their companies. We look forward to seeing the impact this year’s cohort will make.”
Participants will begin the year-long program with an in-person session at ISA headquarters in October before reconvening at ISA International Sign Expo 2027 in Las Vegas in March. Along with leadership training, members gain access to a growing network of ISA Elite alumni who continue to shape the industry’s future.
Building on the program’s success, ISA also announced it is opening sponsorship opportunities for the first time. The initiative is intended to support the program’s continued growth while creating new connections between Elite participants and industry suppliers, distributors and manufacturers.
The 2026-2027 ISA Elite class includes professionals from project management, sales, operations, engineering, business development, design and executive leadership roles representing companies across the U.S. and Canada.
