Pie Five Pizza Co. has awarded up to 15 franchise units for the state of Indiana to restaurateur Carl Dissette. According to a news release, he plans to open the first location in South Bend in Q2 2015. Dissette currently owns and operates 10 Jimmy John’s restaurants and was also one of the sub chain’s original operators. Read the FastCasual.com story here
