Renewable Lubricants’ Bio-Ultimax™ 1200LT Hydraulic Fluids are environmentally friendly, biosynthetic formulas that provide outstanding reliability in low-temperature conditions. These ultimately biodegradable fluids help users avoid the nagging problems of winter, including slow startup, sluggish performance, seal leaks and moisture contamination. Bio-Ultimax™ 1200LT outperforms mineral oil-based options, maintaining cold temperature pumpability down to -40°C (-40°F) with a pour point as low as -60°C (-76°F). It gives exceptional oxidation resistance, anti-wear properties, and compatibility with high-pressure systems while offering users an environmentally responsible choice. Available in ISO grades 5, 10, 15, 22, 32, and 46, Bio-Ultimax™ 1200LT Hydraulic Fluids offer the flexibility to meet various viscosity requirements, including SAE 0W20 and 0W30 equivalents. It is ideal for use in snow grooming equipment, snowplows, construction equipment, waste management vehicles, industrial machinery, marine deck equipment used in frigid conditions, and other hydraulic systems operating in cold environments.

Formulated for both high and low-pressure systems in hydraulic vane, piston, and gear-type pumps, Bio-Ultimax™ 1200LT has a super high viscosity index that exceeds traditional synthetics, naturally improving thermal shear stability and increasing load capacity without sacrificing results. Zinc-free, non-toxic formulations are highly resistant to moisture and rust in both fresh and sea water, passing both A and B Sequences of the ASTM D-665 Turbine Oil Rust Test. Their enhanced seal conditioning properties reduce oil leakage and extend seal life, while advanced oxidation resistance ensures longer fluid effectiveness and reduced maintenance. Bio-Ultimax™ 1200LT hydraulic fluids ISO grades 15 and 22 meet or exceed SAE 0W specifications and function dependably in extreme low-temperature conditions.

Environmentally Friendly and High-Performance

Bio-Ultimax™ 1200LT hydraulic fluids offer a safer alternative for workers and the environment, thanks to their low toxicity, non-bioaccumulation, and ultimate biodegradability properties. They meet EPA guidelines for Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EALs). In addition, the extremely low volatility increases the flash and fire safety features in the formula compared to petroleum formulations with the same viscosity ranges. These fluids are compatible with seals, filters, and components designed for petroleum-based oils to ensure seamless integration into existing hydraulic systems.

Engineered for use in hydraulic vane, piston, and gear-type pumps, Bio-Ultimax™ 1200LT Hydraulic Fluids meet rigorous industry standards, including DIN 51524 Parts 2 and 3 (HLP/HVLP), Parker-Denison HF-0, Eaton-Vickers M-2950-S, and more. They provide proven anti-wear performance in field studies and accelerated pump tests at pressures ranging from 2000 to 3000 psi and temperatures between 150°F and 210°F (65°C to 99°C). Their superior anti-wear properties also exceed requirements for GM (LS-2), US Steel 126, 136, and 127, and achieve load stage 10 in the FZG (DIN 51354) test.

NOTES:
STABILIZED by Renewable Lubricants™ is RLI’s trademark on their proprietary and patented antioxidant, anti-wear, and cold flow technology. High Oleic Base Stock (HOBS) are agricultural vegetable oils. This Stabilized technology allows the HOBS to perform as a high-performance formula in high and low temperature applications, reducing oil thickening and deposits. Patented product:  US Patent 6,383,992, US Patent 6,534,454 with additional Pending and Foreign Patents.

Georgia DOT joins 11 states requiring e-Ticketing in 2026

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has launched a statewide e-Ticketing initiative—starting in 2026, all contractors will be required to use e-Ticketing under Section 110 of GDOT specifications. As a first step, GDOT has implemented a dual-ticketing pilot—TruckIT, which requires both paper and electronic tickets.
