As more people learn about the THC strains, we see a new trend start up every week. While the traditional way to smoke weed is becoming less and less popular, could we eat the plant as nature intended? Is it possible to eat the plant raw, green, and unaltered?

Many people are now eating their HHC and THC raw, as far as I can tell. It may not get you high, but it does seem that the plant has just as much to offer from a health point of view in its raw form as it does when you smoke it.
This article will talk about how and why you might want to eat raw pot. By the end, you’ll want to try it, too!

How do you want to add THC to your diet? Seven healthy ways are here.

1. Salad
Salads are an easy and healthy way to eat acidic cannabinoids. They can also be used in many ways. Depending on the time of year, you can make a lot of different combinations with fresh produce. When making a raw cannabis salad, it’s important to add healthy fats like avocado or chia seeds. Why? Raw cannabis can be a little bothersome to the digestive tract. Despite this side effect being very rare, it can happen. One way to stop this is to use a balanced mix of ingredients. Your body can easily break down cannabis and other healthy foods, like apples, blueberries, carrots, etc. This will also help to make raw cannabis less bitter.
In addition, only eat raw, clean cannabis. Salmonella and e-coli can be found in the raw form of cannabis. Keep your cannabis leaves in cold water for at least five minutes to ensure clean. If you want to be extra safe, add some apple cider vinegar to the mix. The apple cider vinegar will help get rid of harmful bacteria. In any raw cannabis recipe, make sure that the leaves aren’t dirty. Otherwise, you could get pesticides, fungicides, and other harmful microbes in your food.
2. Juices and smoothies
The only way to eat raw cannabis is to make a cannabis salad. It’s also a good idea to drink juice. You can get more cannabinoids into your body by juicing, making it easier for your body to get them.
To be safe, we should juice about 15 leaves and about 2 large fresh ground buds every day, says Dr. William Courtney, a well-known raw cannabis expert. Skip the stalks. Why? Cystolith hairs grow on the stems of cannabis. These hard, needle-like strands are made of calcium carbonate and can hurt the throat if they are swallowed. So, stick to the leaves or buds. That’s what you should do.
Because buds have the highest concentration of cannabinoids, they are suitable for you. However, the most effective way to eat is to eat both the leaves and the buds. Juicing is one of the best ways for our bodies to break down cannabinoids. When it comes to raw cannabis infusions, the fresher they are, the better.
You should think about this one thing when juicing cannabis with HHC. It is essential to spread your use out over the day. This is because our bodies tend to get rid of the juice quickly. Dr. William Courtney says that you should take about five doses of 60ml. He also says to shake the mixture to ensure the fatty acids are spread out evenly. This way, our bodies can better use cannabinoids.

3. Dressings
Salads are a great way to get more fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet. So, what goes well with salad? Dressing. A simple salad can become more interesting with the help of salad dressings.
However, not all dressings are the same. Thousand Island, Ranch, and Caesar dressings are some of the worst things you can put on your food. These dressings are high in sodium, fat, and sugar, making you gain weight. To put things into perspective, four tablespoons of Caesar Dressing have about 340 calories, 36 grams of fat, and 680 mg of sodium. This isn’t the healthiest way to eat your food. What should I do next? The best thing to do is make dressing at home! This way, you’ll be able to get more out of the ingredients you use. There’s even more: You can even add raw cannabis.
People who eat raw cannabis can make their dressing healthier. Cannabis in its natural form has a solid and spicy taste, so it goes well with kale, peppers, and spinach. To use raw cannabis in a dressing, you must first grind it into a powder. Use a grinder or food processor to help break down the plant material. Then, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, raw honey, and salt.
4. Sandwiches
A sandwich is better than nothing—a sandwich with weed in it. People who haven’t tried this may not want to go back.
If you don’t have lettuce, you can use the leaves of cannabis plants. There is, however, the first step. You’ll also want to keep in mind that raw cannabis has a unique taste. Expect a bitter taste and think of arugula when you think of this food. Raw cannabis leaves also have a mild to hot spicy taste—the level of spiciness changes based on the strain.
Many foods work well with raw cannabis leaves. These foods include tomatoes, cucumbers and lemons, olive oil, mushrooms, basil, and garlic. People should know that if they want to get the cannabinoid acids in their food, they’ll have to eat cold sandwiches. This is important to note. Heat will start making THC and HHC from THCA and CBDA.

5. Salsa
Salsa is easy and tasty. It has many vegetables in it, so it has a lot of vitamins and minerals. The salad gets even better when you add raw cannabis. Some people say that it can be even better with the right ingredients!
Many salsa ingredients are combined with raw cannabis, like tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. How hot is raw cannabis? Expect a level of heat that ranges from a table pepper to mild jalapenos.
If you need to cut down on the heat, try adding a healthy sweetener like mangos.
7. Popsicles
Are you looking for something to cool you down on a hot day? Try making your raw cannabis popsicles and see how they taste. They are also very simple to make. To give your body cannabinoids in their acidic state, it’s good to eat them.
You will only need a popsicle maker to start making ice cream. It’s best to mix chopped cannabis leaves with water and your favorite fruits or vegetables. Don’t drink fruit juice if you want to cut back on sugar. Slice up your food, add the liquid, and freeze.
8. Sauces
Sauces can be used in many ways. They can be used in almost any dish you can think of. It doesn’t matter what kind of food you’re making; there’s a place for sauces. Sauces made with fresh vegetables are the best for you.
There are antioxidants, essential amino acids, omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids in cannabis and HHC, and cannabinoid acids like THCA and CBDA that the body gets from a small amount.
