With nearly three decades of leadership in the building industry, Gosa brings extensive experience and a strong track record of success to the role. He will propel Building Envelope and its portfolio of industry-leading brands into the next phase of dynamic growth.

Gosa has deep expertise across the entire building products value chain and brings a wealth of strategic knowledge and valuable leadership experience. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Beacon Building Products, where he held a series of executive leadership positions for the past nearly 20 years. Prior to Beacon, his career includes key roles at the former Elk Building Products Corporation now known as GAF Roofing, further solidifying his industry expertise from manufacturing to distribution.

As previously announced, Holcim’s North American business will become Amrize following the planned spin-off by the end of the first half of this year, subject to shareholder and customary approvals. As an independent public company, Amrize will be the largest building solutions company focused exclusively on the North American market.

“I’m thrilled to join this team and honored to lead Building Envelope as we work together toward our bright future, which will be defined by innovation, high performance, and an unwavering focus on our customers,” said Jake Gosa, President of Holcim Building Envelope. “We will continue our commitment to delivering the exceptional service and partnership our customers expect, across our comprehensive portfolio of building envelope solutions. Together, we are building something truly special with Amrize.”
