He exemplifies taking full ownership of his team’s work. As a company that is fully vested in the success of our employees, we eagerly anticipate Marty’s future accomplishments.”

About his promotion, McKinley says, “I am honored to take on this new position and look forward to the opportunities presented to me. Our achievements in Arizona are a direct result of the hard work and dedication of our growing team. I am only a few years into my journey with this amazing company, and am excited to contribute in my new role.”
