Autodesk Construction Solutions launched a free 15-minute online assessment allowing contractors and subs from the field to the back office to get a sense of how they are performing internally and against industry competitors as measured by seven key performance indicators (KPI).
This survey is meant to be a conversation starter within a company and among teams.
The seven KPIs used in the assessment were identified in the Autodesk-Dodge Data Reportpublished last November. Here is a high-level overview.
