Fred Metzger Retires After 40 Years with Deceuninck NA

Deceuninck North America, an industry-leading manufacturer and extruder of energy-efficient residential and commercial PVC window and door components and systems, announces the upcoming retirement of Fred Metzger, a respected veteran of the company with 40 years of dedicated service. Metzger will retire at the end of 2025 after decades of commitment to the company and its customers throughout the Northeast Region.
Throughout his career, Metzger has been a trusted partner to countless colleagues and customers, known for his deep industry knowledge, reliability, and strong relationships. His presence in the Northeast has left a lasting impact, and he will be greatly missed by all who have had the pleasure to work alongside him.
“We are incredibly grateful to Fred for his talent, professionalism, and decades of service,” said Greg Koch, vice president of sales and marketing at Deceuninck North America. “He has built a legacy rooted in trust and results, and we wish him all the best in retirement.”
To ensure a smooth transition, Dave Kadylak will assume responsibility for the Northeast Region beginning in 2026. Kadylak currently leads the Central Region and brings with him 30 years of experience previously serving customers in the Northeast. His familiarity with the territory and existing customer relationships will make for a seamless shift. This transition reflects Deceuninck North America’s continued commitment to supporting its customers with knowledgeable, experienced leadership in every region.
